Our Living Roots Philosophy

Our unique curriculum is thoughtfully designed to nurture the whole child; intellectually, socially, emotionally, and creatively. We blend the beauty of Montessori principles, and the Emergent Curriculum approach to create a learning environment that is intentional, inspiring, and deeply respectful of childhood.

We believe learning should be child-led and meaningful. Our children are active participants in their community, with the confidence to explore, question, discover, and contribute. By honoring their natural curiosity, we cultivate a love of learning that feels joyful rather than pressured.

Our program is built around real questions and real experiences. Educators observe, listen, and extend children’s interests into rich learning opportunities, guiding them to explore relevant concepts through hands-on discovery, collaborative projects, and purposeful play.

Our philosophy is built on the belief that children thrive when they are given both the structure, independence, and intentionality of Montessori education and the creativity, responsiveness, and inquiry of Emergent Curriculum

Kinder Garden creates environments where children can wonder, explore, create, belong and lead.

KG Literacy

Kinder Garden creates a space for our children to explore the world of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. We also have our language, reading and writing program. Our children participate in various projects and activities to set a strong literacy foundation.

Kinder Garden Global Creators Club

Kinder Garden Global Creators Club (KGCC) provides an opportunity for children to develop their leadership skills and creativity to reinforce their image as a citizen, within a community.

All children are provided with a space to explore Civic and Social concepts based on their age and interests. The club allows our children, and families to participate in matters of local and global interest.

We also use the KGCC program to celebrate the benefit of diversity within each child and family, allowing children to understand that we are a safe place to be who they are.

ExerKids

We enjoy dancing and music time to encourage children to move their bodies and exercise their muscles. Sports and athletics sessions are provided to the children based on their ages to teach them fundamental skills required for teamwork.

Mindful exercises helps them get calm.

Our children are presented with opportunities to retreat each day. Activities are quiet, with spaces available for the children to rest their bodies without sleeping.

We provide a nutritious diet, with an emphasis on introducing children to a healthy variety of foods.

Fostering independence in a learning playhouse for children ages 0 to 6.
