To maintain our high standard of care, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Alberta Early Childhood Educator Certification

We strongly prefer:

• Level 3 (Early Childhood Educator Supervisor)
• Level 2 (Early Childhood Educator Assistant)
• Level 1 applicants will be considered if actively working toward higher certification.

Valid First Aid & CPR 

• Must be current and recognized in Alberta
• Must include infant and child CPR

Police Information Check

Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search

• Must be current and clear

Additional Assets (Highly Valued)

• Montessori knowledge or training
• Experience with Emergent Curriculum
• Ability to speak 2 or more languages
• Strong documentation and observation skills
• Food safety certification
